Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Nation Made Clothings within Singapore.

1. General
1.1 All sales made with Nation Made Clothings are final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.
1.2 By making a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
 
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or colour)

  • The item is damaged during delivery

All refund requests must comply with the conditions outlined below.
 
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original tags or packaging
     

4. Refund Request Process
4.1 Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a refund.
4.2 Requests must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or error

4.3 Refund requests submitted after the stated timeframe will not be accepted.
 
5. Assessment & Approval
5.1 All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Nation Made Clothings.
5.2 We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet our policy requirements.
5.3 Approved refunds may require the item to be returned before processing.
 
6. Refund Method
6.1 Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

6.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
6.3 Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
 
7. Return Shipping
7.1 For approved refunds due to defects or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Nation Made Clothings.
7.2 For all other approved cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
 
8. Exchanges
8.1 Exchanges may be offered in place of refunds, subject to stock availability.
8.2 If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
 
9. Refusal of Refunds
Nation Made Clothings reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in colour or measurements

  • Damage caused by improper care or handling
